Options for Giving
All contributions to the Foundation for Louisiana are tax deductible and will be acknowledged with a letter designating the amount of your gift and its tax-deductible status.
Online Contributions
Unrestricted Contributions
When you make an unrestricted contribution to the Foundation for Louisiana, your gift supports all of the programs and operations of the Foundation. Unrestricted contributions are vital to the Foundation because they enable our staff to respond quickly to the most pressing needs and promising opportunities as they arise. You may make an unrestricted gift to the Foundation for Louisiana online (simply select “greatest need” from the program designation drop-down menu) or by mail (see below).
Support a Specific Program or Initiative
If you would like to direct your gift to a particular program or initiative you may do so via our online giving form by selecting the category that reflects your interest from the program designation drop-down menu. If you would like to support a specific program or initiative by mailing a check or money order, please note how you would like to direct your gift in the memo section.
Give by Mail
If you would like to make a gift in any amount to the Foundation for Louisiana by mail, please send your check or money order to the address below. Please be sure to include a return address to which we may send a letter of thanks and receipt for tax purposes.

Giving in Tribute
Making a gift to the Foundation for Louisiana in tribute to a special person is a meaningful way to honor those we love, respect and celebrate with a gift that has a wide reach and lasting impact.
If you would like to make a gift in any amount as a tribute, you may do so by checking the appropriate box on the online giving form. Your honoree will receive notification via e-mail or by mail, whichever you choose.
